KEVIN DOUGLAS HERRING

Mr. Herring is a talented attorney and dedicated advocate for the rights of injury victims and trauma survivors. Doug joined Certain & Zilberg after earning a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with honors from Fordham University Law School where he served as a member of the Fordham Law Review, represented consumers in Federal and State court as a student attorney with the Fordham Consumer Litigation Clinic and earned both the Ruth Whitehead Whaley and Merit Scholarships. Before obtaining a law degree Mr. Herring earned a Bachelor’s Degree with honors from New York University. While attending law school and college Doug Herring was selected to serve as a speech and debate coach.

Douglas Herring is a valued member of the Certain & Zilberg litigation team who uses his compassion for others, legal training, writing, and advocacy skills to help obtain full and fair compensation for the firm’s clients. Doug utilizes his legal training and skills to assist in the firm’s personal injury, child victims act, and products liability cases.
