Michael Zilberg received his Juris Doctorate from the Hofstra University School of Law in 1997, where he served as a member of the Labor Law Journal and was a recipient of the Citation of Excellence in Clinical Law. Mr. Zilberg earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the New York University Stern School of Business in 1994, double majoring in Accounting and Finance.

Before co-founding Certain & Zilberg, PLLC in 2006, Mr. Zilberg practiced law at several highly respected litigation firms, where he concentrated his practice on representing defendants and insurance companies in personal injury, products liability, and construction site accident cases.
