Mr. Weisberg is an experienced and effective trial attorney who focuses his legal practice on litigating products liability, personal injury, workplace and construction accidents, Child Victim Act claims, police misconduct and transportation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weisberg spent over ten years representing various corporations, government agencies and insurance companies at prestigious AM 100 defense firms. This has provided him with valuable insight that allows him to get the best possible results for Certain & Zilberg’s clients.
Mr. Weisberg joined Certain & Zilberg, PLLC as a trial attorney and is a knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate member of our litigation team. He is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York, Rhode Island, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the United States District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Mr. Weisberg has also repeatedly been selected as New York Metro Rising Stars list by New York Super Lawyers Magazine and chosen as a U.S. News Best Lawyers – ‘Ones To Watch’.
Mr. Weisberg graduated with honors from Skidmore College in 2007 before earning a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Tulane University School of Law in 2010. During his education, Zachary Weisberg received the CALI Award of Excellence and was selected to the Periclean Honor Society. While attending law school, Mr. Weisberg also served as a Student Attorney for the Tulane Civil Litigation Clinic practicing law before the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
