Mr. Weisberg is an experienced and effective trial attorney who focuses his legal practice on litigating products liability, personal injury, workplace and construction accidents, Child Victim Act claims, police misconduct and transportation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weisberg spent over ten years representing various corporations, government agencies and insurance companies at prestigious AM 100 defense firms. Ms. Kello is an attorney and dedicated advocate for the rights of trauma survivors as well as those injured by the negligence of others. Lucia joined Certain & Zilberg in 2022 after earning a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with honors from St. John's University Law School. During law school, she served as an Editor to the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and student attorney with the New York Legal Assistance Group’s Domestic Violence Clinic, and earned the Dean's Merit Scholarship.

Ms. Harron is an attorney and dedicated advocate for the rights of trauma survivors as well as those injured by defective products and the negligence of others. Gulrukh Harron joined the firm in 2026 after practicing law for a well respected intellectual property firm. Gulrukh earn a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the University of Connecticut where she served as an Editor to the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and won awards for her mock trial advocacy.
