Mrs. Ly has developed an impressive record as an effective litigator since becoming a member of the bar more than 15 years ago. Ms. Ly earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Fordham University School of Law in 2001. During Law School, she served as a member of the Fordham International Law Journal, received the McInerney Scholarship, and the Murray Award and was also selected as a Lumbard Fellow for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Before obtaining her law degree Ms. Ly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the State University of New York at Albany. While attending college Ms. Ly was selected as a Presidential Scholar and served as Communications Director of the SUNY Albany Presidential Honor Society among many other honors and awards.
Throughout her career, Ms. Ly has focused her legal practice on litigating personal injury and other civil cases before both Federal and New York State Courts. Ms. Ly’s experience also includes litigating appellate matters. Kim Ly is a dedicated and compassionate advocate that utilizes her legal knowledge and skills to fight for the full and fair compensation that our clients deserve.
Ms. Ly is a valued member of the Certain & Zilberg litigation team who focuses her practice on litigating matters on behalf of those who have suffered as a result of defective products, personal injury, police misconduct, and discrimination.
