Mr. Weisberg is an experienced and effective trial attorney who focuses his legal practice on litigating products liability, personal injury, workplace and construction accidents, Child Victim Act claims, police misconduct and transportation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weisberg spent over ten years representing various corporations, government agencies and insurance companies at prestigious AM 100 defense firms. Mr. Herring is an attorney and dedicated advocate for the rights of injury victims and trauma survivors. Doug joined Certain & Zilberg in 2020 after earning a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with honors from Fordham University Law School. During law school, he served as a member of the Fordham Law Review, represented consumers in Federal and State court as a student attorney with the Fordham Consumer Litigation Clinic, and earned both the Ruth Whitehead Whaley and Merit Scholarships.

Ms. Kello is an attorney and dedicated advocate for the rights of trauma survivors as well as those injured by the negligence of others. Lucia joined Certain & Zilberg in 2022 after earning a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with honors from St. John's University Law School. During law school, she served as an Editor to the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and student attorney with the New York Legal Assistance Group’s Domestic Violence Clinic, and earned the Dean's Merit Scholarship.
